Process

 

We started PFCP with two clear goals;

 

• to assist established managers renew and refresh their approach to the asset consulting and institutional investment space with the view to retaining mandates and developing new ones, and

 

• to assist recently formed boutiques or offshore managers wishing to successfully navigate the Australian institutional investment community and develop a recognisable, respected and profitable presence.

We believe that the most valuable contribution any outside adviser can bring is honesty in assessment and a clear strategy of how to achieve corporate goals. We don’t claim to know all the answers, but rather we bring our experience to work with management as a collaborative team and through rigorous, fact-based analysis we develop an appropriate path to results.
